But what if these two forces could work together?
In today’s edition of Spice Up Your Business, we explore how to bring harmony to the inner struggle between your logical, left brain and intuitive, right brain. Just like two colleagues or team members with unique strengths… they’re most powerful when they collaborate.
You don’t need to feel the inner push and pull between planning every detail and following your gut when you discover the steps to integrate the brilliance of your logical and intuitive sides.
We all have both, but sometimes it’s hard to see how they can work together in a complementary way. For me, I continue to practice balancing my pragmatic, detailed side with my heart-based, playful self. It’s something I’ve experienced as a benefit for my clients’ progress too. That, my friend, is the true meaning of harmony.
Here’s a recipe to harmonize these forces – blending certainty with truth – to create clarity, calm, and progress, like a graceful dance.
And since it’s American Thanksgiving, what better way to celebrate than with a quick and cozy recipe for mulled wine? A perfect balance of bold and warm flavours, and is as simple to make as it’s satisfying to sip.
Business Recipe for Certainty & Truth: Your Inner Power Duo
Your left brain thrives on structure, while your right brain pursues authenticity. When these forces collaborate, they bring clarity to decisions and align your actions with your goals.
This Thanksgiving, reflect on how your mind and heart can work together to guide your business and personal choices.
Here’s how to bring them together:
- Start with a Pause When faced with a decision, take a moment to check in. What does your logical mind tell you? What does your intuition say?
- Blend Their Strengths Use your left brain to create a plan and your right brain to infuse it with purpose and meaning.
- Reflect and Refine Celebrate the balance you create and adjust where needed.
When certainty and truth are blended and unified, they create a ripple effect of progress, confidence, and calm.
